Your role
As Senior Sales Manager – New Business, your primary responsibility is developing new clients, new projects and new international accounts.

Your responsibilities include
• Actively generating new business and expanding our international client base within the project, hospitality and retail markets.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and decision-makers.
• Identifying new markets and prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Advising clients by translating their needs and ambitions into suitable solutions from our collection.
• Selling from our showroom, as well as visiting clients and prospects (inter)nationally.
• Representing Versmissen at leading (inter)national trade fairs and industry events.
• Sharing market insights from the field to strengthen our commercial approach.

Your profile
• HBO-level professional and intellectual working and thinking ability.
• Proven senior sales experience within the interior, furniture or design industry (must-have).
• An active and relevant network within the interior, hospitality or project market.
• A strong and active national and international network in the project, hospitality and retail markets.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and strategic account growth.
• Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach and strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a strong plus.
• Independent, structured and entrepreneurial, with a strong sense of teamwork.

This role requires a deep understanding of project-based interior sales, including working with architects, designers and hospitality clients. Experience in similar long-cycle, design-driven sales environments is essential.
